Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned to us within 90 days. Items received as gifts are only eligible for a store credit or product exchange.

For the first 30 days after the purchase, we will issue you a complete refund less $6.99 and any gift wrapping costs to the original payment method. After the first 30 days, we will issue a complete refund less $6.99 and any gift wrapping costs as a store credit. Oversized items such as rugs, furniture, doll prams and doll buggies will be charged an additional 10% restocking fee.

All exchanges are subject to a $6.99 fee and any gift wrapping costs incurred in the original order. Normal shipping charges will apply for the shipment of the exchanged item to the customer. All items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and all tags should still be attached to the product. BrightOctober.com reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not in the original (new) condition.

Please contact our customer service department and request an RMA number. This will need to be written on the outside of the box when sending the product back to us. In most cases, customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that all return packages are insured and are trackable. This will protect you in case package gets damaged or lost during shipment.

All store credits will be sent via email.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the day we receive the returned item for your return to be processed.
